Help me restore my nfs heat account

Ive had nfs heat on another ps4 console and I had to get a new ps4 . I downloaded nfs heat to my new console and all my cars are gone on my previous console I had cars rep and money and now its all gone can somebody tell me how can I get my cars money and heat

You can use online storage to download your game saves.

If you still have access to your first console, you can upload your save either to online storage or to a memory stick.
