I forgot my email , but I remember my nickname and password. I was a subscriber. I make new account and email for subscribe, because I had some trouble with my first account. And now I can't  enter the one-time password.

Unfortunately for security purposes if you don't know the email on file you'll need to call Customer Service.  Once they verify your account they can assist with changing the email to a different email address.  You can find their contact information via the guide here
