Hello, I firstly want to state I haven't played FIFA since easily November/December time....
I've just preordered the FC 24 ultimate edition and it states I should have 7 days early access? However, the EA app shows it isn't released till the 29th September, and Early Access is the 28th September?
What also worries me is I have since found my account has a ban? for something that happened in July 2023? I haven't played the game in over 9 months and wasn't active playing the game during that period of time so I am super confused? Their is nothing stating why my account was banned, just says FIFA : Banned and under reason it states nothing? I queried if i would be able to play FC 24 and it states if i am banned from the franchise I won't be able too?
I have no idea 1) How i received a ban and what for when i wasn't even actively playing the game since around November time. 2) Why i don't have access to the ultimade edition perks which I have paid for? 3) Why having a ban on FIFA makes a difference to FC when it is technically a new franchise? Since you killed the FIFA franchise off...
Please help sort my account so i am able to play FC 24 as of the 22nd September.
