Help! Losing my head, literally.

so, every time I use a world item this happens.

While very Call-of-the-Cthulhu-esque, it's not necessarily something I enjoy staring at. Appears to be non-gear specific, and triggers for all standing interact animations. As long as the character crouches or kneels to activate something, the brain remains on the inside where it belongs. However, as soon as the item is on eye-level or an interaction requires pushing a button while upright, my Togruta decides to grow a new arm out of her neck.

It's more on the weird side than it is an actual hindrance, but perhaps this is known? Obi-wan-Googlebi didn't find anything, though.
