Help, Battlefield V blank home screen PC

Hello,

I have Battlefield V deluxe addition for pc. When i load the game, the scrolling back ground and music show but there is nothing to click on. My BF1 & my BF4 load and play normally. Any help would be appreciated.

have you maybe found a solution already to this problem?? i have uninstalled and installed twice already and same problem.

I also have the deluxe edition. it freaking sucks.

It might be a program running in the background that's conflicting with Origin. Try a clean boot via these steps here

Is the game installed on an external hard drive? If you have it installed to the internal hard drive do you have a secondary hard drive plugged in? Removing any external devices like that can help.

@EA_BlueberryThanks for the reply. Already tried that. Game loads fine, just nothing to click on in the main screen. The backgrounds appear and music plays but that's it. It's like a slide show.
