Hello peeps, i am a player of around level 430 ive bought batlle passes and also have completed all till 100, but from 350 level something has become wrong with my account from that time every apex pack i open only has either common or rare things my friends who are at my level have got heirlooms too but i am not able to get a single epic thing can anyone please help me

Hi @Insomnia_Nerved, Could you check if you are or are not getting at least 1 legendary every 20 packs, if you are getting at least 1 legendary item after 20 packs, everything is fine, It is just based on luck to get good items and heirlooms

I AM NOT GETTING THAT ..........JUST GOT ONE LEGENDARY WHICH WAS IN THE GUARANTEED LEGENDARY APEX PACK IN THE BATTLE PASS...SOME THING IS WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT I KNOW
