Hello Why is my BF1 Stats are reset?

Hello, i was playing BF1 on Server Browser, and suddenly i lost connection to EA server and tried many times to go online and finally i got connected, but suddenly my bf1 rank reset, all assignments are reset, and all my unlocked weapons are locked again? anyone can solve this problem? thank you....

Have you tried anything to resolve this?

Please try the steps below:

Then, play a few rounds, and let your Account sync up with the Servers.

Let us know if you're still having this issue.

I am on ps4, having the same issue, even companion app shows bf1 account reset. Would love to just try a few matches but matchmaking doesn't work, servers do not show up and my Internet connection is fine.

This is not a connection issue on our end, this is something wrong with the servers

It sounds like you're still having issues with your connection, in this case the game connecting to the stats server.  Log into your account here and you'll see if your soldier has been reset or if your machine is having connection issues with the stats server: https://www.battlefield.com/companion/career
