Heirloom Shards?

I’ve been level 500 for a while now, bought every battlepass, purchased several apex packs, and still haven’t received any heirloom shards. There’s no way for me to know how many packs I’ve opened so I was just wondering if there’s a way someone can tell me if I’m missing them or if I’m close to 500. Thank you!

Hey, you get 199 packs from levelling, 12 from the BPs (14 in S5) and a handful from other sources like the season quests. Adding them up, assuming no packs were bought, it comes to something in the region of 270 packs, depending on how far you are down this season's BP.

I got heirloom shards when i was matchmaking but when i came back to the lobby i didn't see the heirloom shards
