My team is level 48 110OVR 112 OFF 110 DEF

Why is it that my opponents for Head To Head are never worse teams than mine? Here's my last 10 opponents.Please explain why there's never a lower level team than mine - it's like you purposely set me up to lose Head-To-Head no matter how much I improve my team. If the selection was random, you would see both better and worse teams than mine. You are intentionally screwing me over here.
