My titanfall 2 won't let me play online it says that my profile is not permitted to play online how do I fix that it for Xbox one

I can't play Titanfall2 multiplayer on PS4. It was working perfectly yesterday but now I can't connect to it. It only says "this profile is not permitted to play online". Please help

Also, make sure you check the email you have signed up with. There is a possibility you were banned. If this does not help, try checking the connection on your ps4. I’ve never used a ps4 but i’m sure there is some kind of connection settings tab in which you can monitor your internet speed and latency it may also list problems with your internet. If this does not work try and check your modem and router. Maybe give it a restart. I’ve had a problem with my router settings lately. Try and look through the settings and see if anything is off.
