Haven't recieved Holdo and Rose shards.

Ive seen a lot of posts talking about receiving 15 shards for Holdo and Rose. I'm still on 0/30 for both, and haven't gotten the mail thay gives you 15 for each. Would love some help [especially while I'm working on my resistance teams here). I'm not sure if it's supposed to have sent already, or if I just have to wait with a ticket. Either way Thanks! -Reagan
