There has been twice where I bought apex coins & never received them, idk what to do anymore. I tried contacting PlayStation to see if my order was accepted & they said it was. I tried contacting EA & did the steps they said to do like show proof by taking a screen shot of the transaction history & there’s one step where I needed to go to the PlayStation (services list) option on the account management & clicked on the services list & it says ERROR. Contacted PlayStation & did the steps they said to do & still couldn’t get my apex coins. Idk what to do anymore. Anyone can help?
