I have not heard any reply back from EA about my case when it has been over a month. It has been escalated, but still takes them forever to get a response. Case#57211149

Hi @Instinct294,
Just to follow-up on my last post, I took a look at the case status and could see that the unusual wait time came from your case being entered into the Specialist queue. They are in demand right now and with all things considered, it will take a while for your ticket to work it's way to the top of the queue. I understand that was not what you were hoping to hear but once your case does reach the them, a member from the Specialist team will be in touch regarding your case.
