Hard Crashes back after Sept. 3rd patch.

Hard crashes have returned, exact same as before Season 6 launch.

Individual sounds start to fall off, then no sound at all followed by a hard freeze. Zero ability to access task manager. Have to hold power button to cycle.

This is something that was fixed with Season 6 launch!! I hadn't crashed once since launch...till yesterdays patch.

Did you revert something? Something with Origin Webhelper perhaps?

I'm seriously convinced it's a problem with the origin webhelper, please check into what was reverted with yesterdays patch.

This is the one real turn off for me with Apex. I love and support your game but when I have to repeatedly hard shutdown my PC after freezing (Usually in a ranked game where I am unable to reconnect as the reconnect system only gives me one chance with a time limit to return, and after a hard reboot that reservation has expired.) I honestly lose interest in the game. Not good

Hey, @Pure_Funk_Nugget  make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date. 

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Apex and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

Worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.

Origin Webhelper  is related to Origin updates and not Apex updates.
