Han solo's shoulder charge doesn't work in single player modes

Han Solo's shoulder charge does nothing in the singleplayer modes. Seems fine in multi-player,

Here’s some reports on this same issue. Just dropping these here to try and keep this all together.

Oh, also, from what I’ve gathered, it works in Instant Action. It also works in Arcade against players (if playing split screen). It doesn’t work on Arcade AI. This is most likely do to the Arcade AI not being programmed to react to these types of things properly (force pulls and pushes are insta kills and force mind tricks usually just freeze them). Why this worked at one point but broke is still beyond me.

@JKTJH_sny4_play Glad this has been posted again. Was hoping it to be fixed with the latest patch. I really don't want it to fall into the "something we can't fix" category.
