HVV: Game Breaking Bug

Recently I experienced a problem with BF 2 and it wouldn't launch so I reinstalled it. After that the game played smoothly for a couple of weeks. Suddenly while in the middle of an HVV match I respawned and couldn't see any other character model. When I died I respawned and my character model didn't load either. If I try to quit it gets stuck on the quitting screen.( I actually reinstalled the game a second time and the first few matches I played were fine but then the problem reappeared). I play BF 2 on PS4. Thanks in advance.

Hey there, @Chris_Skal04  have you tried to power cycle the console and see if it continues to happen?

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn of the console.
2. Unplug the power cord.
3. Wait 30 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back.
5. Star the console back up.
