HUT Squad Battle Game won't load

I have been experiencing an issue the last few days after purchasing the game via download. HUT squad battle game mode does not start up. I can't get my team ranked if I can't play any matches. In offline play the game mode would appear to start however after choosing my opponent to face and the level at which I'd like to compete the mode does not proceed to eligible to play game/edit lines and thus won't start up. Is this a general bug?

Can you give me some more details on what is happening? Is there an error when the game fails to load or does it just never finish loading? Also, it would be good to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
