[HELP] Missing Coins from Lifeline & Bloodhound Physical Editions

The Lifeline & Bloodhound physical editions are available now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Origin on PC from your favorite retailers! Find out what you receive from both editions here: https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/news/lifeline-edition-bloodhound-edition-physical-release
When these editions were available in stores starting on October 18th, players whom redeemed these codes for 1,000 Apex Coins did not receive them. We noticed reports on this in our forums (example, example).
The team quickly pushed out a fix for those affected and the accounts should now have the Apex Coins. You may need to restart your PC or console to re-sync your account with the servers if they haven't shown up. If you haven't redeemed your code yet we expect it to work as it should going forward. We apologize for any confusion you might have experienced.

If you redeemed your code prior to today (10/23) and still haven't received your Apex Coins after restarting your platform, please contact Support at EA Help or at our Help site so they can pull up your account to investigate.
