HD 7600m System Nfs Heat Directx Error

Hello. I got this error. Pls fix it.

CPU: i3 3120m

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7600m
Ram: 4gb DDR3 1600mhz

I know my system low for the game. But i got a cousin and we have same laptop. And he can run it at 35fps with low graphics.

I tried update my drivers before remove the old with DDU.

The error is related to the GPU and seeing its below the requirements there is not much we can help with..
