Gw2 multiplayer not working

Pvz gw2 multiplayer won’t work!

I have tried shutting down the xbox and unplugging it to clear the cache and all that but it still won’t work. I can play all the other stuff in the lobby area but when I select a game and walk through the multiplayer portal, my game just crashes. Even if I choose the solo mode, still doesn’t work. What is going on??

@dasflyguy Hi, were you able to play the game on your system before? If you swap to a different gamertag does that change anything? Also can I check if you're able to play any other online games without issue?
