Guild name change request

My Guild, 5th Galactic Order Vanguard, lost one of our members to cancer recently. Our members would like to petition for a name change to honor our friend. We would like to be renamed Chino’s Vanguard. If someone can get us in contact with someone who can help, we would greatly appreciate it.
