Guild Disband Issue [ Edited ]

I'm trying to disband my guild, but I can't! It says there's things in the guild bank (items, stronghold decor, money), but I can't access it due to not having it unlocked. Is there any way to get these out without buying the access?

Searched the internet but I can't see any free access points for the guild bank, so it's kind of an issue for me, as I want to disband, and it won't let me.

Is also preferable if I can get all of the things too, thanks.

What do you mean do you do not have it unlocked? Has your guild no guild bank or is there a bank you cannot access? As a guild leader, permissions should not be an issue.
