This was mentioned by others in the (now archived) bugs and issues forum.
It used to be that whenever a guildmate would promote a character to 7*, or improve a character beyond gear 9, a message would pop up in guild chat indicating as such. This was a good feature, and helped our guild to keep up with our progress.
With the Territory Battles patch, it seems this functionality was turned off or removed. Are there plans to re-enable this functionality? Or, better yet, is there a way to turn it back on in-game that maybe I haven't come across?
