Grid Legends freezing ps5

Grid Legends freezes and the resumes while racing on any track with any car. Its unplayable. What is the fix or can I get my money back? Im playing on ps5. the game is 100% up to date . I have not been able to play this since I purchased this.

Try booting in Safe Mode and then choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

This did not work . Still freezes all the time. I cant play this game !
