Graphics look bad even on max

So I just installed the game and played a few matches and noticed that the game was quite noticably pixelated. I turned all the graphics settings to max and turned the adaptive resolution thing off and the graphics looked like * and my fps only dropped about 15 frames (90->75). Pretty sure its not integrated graphics related and I cant find anything else online.

Pc specs: 

r9 380 gpu

ryzen5 1600

8gb 2700mhz ram

Help???
