Graphics Issues in SWTOR - Not There Before

Okay, dumb question, but how do I uninstall this driver? I don't see it in my device manager. Only thing I see in display adapters is the Intel(R) HD Graphics Family.

Unbelievably, none of that worked, but I'll lay out what happened.

1) I downloaded the DDU utility and ran it in normal mode. Upon restarting appropriately and doing what I was instructed, I discovered that DDU had uninstalled my old Intel video driver, which was good enough for me. 

2) I tried to run, once again, the updated Intel driver you linked me, but once again it said that I don't meet system requirements. 

3) Trying to figure it out on my own, I did the SECOND latest version of the driver, back from January. Turns out that was the same version I already had, and the glitch has returned. 

It is comforting, however, to discover that after DDU removed my video driver and gave me the "basicest" Microsoft driver, the glitch was gone. Unfortunately, the game was running at such a horrible speed it was unplayable. 

So I'm back to the original problem, and unsure what to do. But it is definitely a video driver issue.

Do you get the same issue with this driver from intel ? 

I'll see if i can find a different toshiba driver

Yes, that's the one from January and the one I already had that was causing the glitch.

odd the one from January is 15.36.33.4578 yet your dxdiag showed 10.18.14.4414 dated 7/28/2016 was installed

I'll play around a little bit. There's always the possibility that I got the two drivers confused since both gave me the same error and I am totally clueless and fried haha. Thanks again so much for the help! I hope this gets resolved soon.

Grab the zip versions of the drivers, extract the files into a known folder location like c:\drivers and then follow the directions linked in my last post

The simplicity of this post peeves me but I have found a fix. 

It appears that my video driver can't handle bloom. I manually fixed all my in-game graphics settings, even up to Ultra, but I took off bloom. And that seemed to be the fix. Without bloom, the glitch doesn't appear, and I even tested out some cutscenes. Every other setting can be maxed out, but bloom needs to be off. 

Long-term, that disappoints me, but short-term, I'm okay with this. I unfortunately have zero idea if, back when I regularly played this game, bloom was EVER on, but it can't be on anymore I suppose, at least Intel updates their video drivers so I actually use it!
