Grand areana didnt register as joined

I have not been registered as part of round 2 of current grand arena. 

It just says no event active, can't even review round 1.

Hello I have the same problem in my android phone screen no grand arena access .Last day there is no event shown wrote.and today there is no event.I have got Samsung Galaksy Note 4 adroid phone.My ID is 237-752-264 please help me.I am unable to join second Grand Arena some of my guild mates joined but ı can't.
