Got reset back to level 1 (PS4)

Got reset back to lvl 1 form lvl 16. I've lvl up 11 more times and I'm still not getting any boxes. It also lost all my progress on badges as well. Is there going to be any way for us to get put back to our original lvl and get the xp added or are we just going to have to lvl back up? Also, will we get any boxes even if we lvl up past where we were?
