Got hacked, account got logged in from multiple countries, but no notification

Hi the past week I got hacked,

I play Apex legends. I login today and find all my settings in a mess.

I go in the EA security tab, I find no trusted devices history. Of course I changed the password and added 2FA to be sure.

I went on and downloaded my personal data and I found out that I had connection from Barcelona, Turkey, USA and Hong Kong:

        },

          "IP": "91.93.171.110",
          "Timestamp": "2021-02-17T13:12:54.023Z",
          "Event_Status": "SUCCEEDED"
        },
        {
          "Event_Type": "loginLog",
          "IP_Geolocation": "Barcelona-ES-08001",
          "IP": "149.34.5.11",
          "Timestamp": "2021-02-17T13:04:25.773Z",
          "Event_Status": "SUCCEEDED"
        }

So my questions are:

- Why wasn't I notified? If it was a single connection I would get it, but here we are talking about 8 connections from 4 different countries in a single week...

- Why can't I see this in trusted device? do I have to download the personal data every time I want to check ?

- Finally, After changing my password, the origin client didn't get disconnected. Is there a disconnect all devices button?

I wanted to contact customer support but didn't find how. The website kept sending me to my account settings pages

I am not sure this is the write place for this post, if it is not please let me know.

Thanks you
