Got banned on apex legends for cheating but I never cheated [ Edited ]

I got banned on apex for "cheating", while i have never cheated. But hear me out:

I reported it to EA and I got an answer: they confirmed that I actually was cheating and my account wont get unbanned.

They didnt show me any clip of me cheating, nobody contacted me to know more information. I dont even remember using explots/bugs or whatever.

Im kinda lost and dont know what to say. I am 100% sure I was not using any exploits, even 100% sure that I havent used third party programs in apex (Only I have access to this pc)

The only proof I have that I wasnt cheating is my steam account which was created in 2017 and till this day has no vac bans.

1050 ti

8gb ram

Yes. I contacted them, and the guy said that he checked my account and I actually "cheated". He didnt gave me details, he didnt prove that I cheated in any way. I suspect that he didnt really checked anything. But also I dont want to send another unban request because I dont want to be blocked for spam or sending too many requests about something that got "solved". I want to see a mp4 of me cheating in any way, but now nobody proved me anything so I am sure that this ban is a mistake.

I'm having the exact same issue right now. Banned for "cheating" but I never have or used any bugs to get an unfair advantage but they said I was after I appealed it. I spent money on the game just for it to disappear for something I didn't even do. Also, you see streamers using exploits all the time like the Rampart melee bug but nothing happens to them.
