why i got banned in apex legend ? i am clean player and never use any third party software. i got no email regarding the ban from EA.

I got a notification when I came on I was baned don't have any I dea why.hummer21242 email address usacountrygirl19422gmail.com    first they took money out of my credit card then took it out again double pament went to talk to credit card holder said they will take care of it now they banned me. so maybe be you can help me with this problem thank you.
