Gold Frame missing

[Aux_Leo]

I opened an Apex Pack and got a gold frame. Something sort of gold snakes or dragons. I didn't apply it right away and went to check it in my inventory later, and it is missing.

I have checked all my legends' frames and it's not there.

My Apex name is "TheEpicNik". I login through steam and my steam username is "aux_leo".

Where can I find it? Or, how to get it back?
