So I know that gifting is broken. I have seen all the posts about it. What I want to know though, is what I'm supposed to do when I have opened 5 tickets with EA help, and spoken to them twice on Twitter and the issue is still not resolved. They will not refund the coins to my account, and they will not help by giving my friend the gift. It is awful, and I have absolutely no idea what to do at this point since support has been horrible in their efforts to help me. I have been nothing but nice and reasonable with everyone who has tried to help, as we all should be, but I'm at my wits end with them. Any advice?
