Gift Card promotion reward Spain [ Edited ]

Today, I had an issue with a gift I should have recieved an today in Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes. Today started this promotion in Spain.

I have contacted af first with google and they told me to contact EA to ask about the problem.

I bought a google play card up to 10€ that are in my googleplay account and I didn't recieve the special reward for this game.

I would open a ticket and add the bill of the Google card, also add a screenshot that the promotion is active in your country.

I also get (as many other players) the info that Google can't fix the problem. EA, CG need to fix it.

You will have also a call with EA support, after this your case will go to a "specialist team". Today (11 /15 I got the right amount of Rey shards and crystals). So the ticket worked for me.

I think EA has a lot of tickets atm so it will take a while.

And appears in manage your account > my cases > my past cases.

the problem is that an hour later after I sent it, appeared closed but I can't answer it (and also they told me I am not going to recieve any answer)

Is that the correct way to ask for this?

Did you get the promotion reward? If not I would guess that is wrong. Other players already wrote that the tickets were closed without any comments.

Last time I got an email that I have to call the EA support. Perhaps you got also this email. Perhaps (not sure) EA closed your ticket because you didn't react.

As your ticket is closed I would open another ticket and keep an eye on your mails. Add again all infos to your ticket.

I haven't recieved any email...

Once I sent my ticket, an hour and a half later it was closed and any kind of contact from EA support...

I know and I sent a ticket, but was closed without any answer.

Yesterday, after sending another one, I was called by an agent and told me that they were going to investigate the issue, so for the moment any new about this.

@XxLordImperorxX In situations like this I would always suggest a callback or chat with our live support. Hopefully they get you sorted and if you have any further issues please let me know.

I had to write also 2 tickets (first was also closed without any comment). With the second ticket (this time i added a lot of infos like bill ot the google card, screenshoots about the promotion in Germany) i had a telephon call with the support (he was really nice), he gave my case to a "specialist team". 

And yesterday i got the right amout of rey shards and also cyrstals. So the support will work but it takes time.
