And appears in manage your account > my cases > my past cases.
the problem is that an hour later after I sent it, appeared closed but I can't answer it (and also they told me I am not going to recieve any answer)
Is that the correct way to ask for this?

I haven't recieved any email...
Once I sent my ticket, an hour and a half later it was closed and any kind of contact from EA support...

I know and I sent a ticket, but was closed without any answer.
Yesterday, after sending another one, I was called by an agent and told me that they were going to investigate the issue, so for the moment any new about this.

@XxLordImperorxX In situations like this I would always suggest a callback or chat with our live support. Hopefully they get you sorted and if you have any further issues please let me know.

I had to write also 2 tickets (first was also closed without any comment). With the second ticket (this time i added a lot of infos like bill ot the google card, screenshoots about the promotion in Germany) i had a telephon call with the support (he was really nice), he gave my case to a "specialist team".
And yesterday i got the right amout of rey shards and also cyrstals. So the support will work but it takes time.
