Giant lag spikes

Getting huge 5 minute plus lag spikes (see picture). Pretty regular spikes. Every ten minutes or so.

I've tried disabling firewall, running game in admin, reinstalling launcher. 

Running Avast antivirus.

Wireless connection. Attached pictures of trace recordings.

Connecting via cable isn't an option due to location of the modem.

Any advice would be amazing.

If i am reading that right you are getting 10ms spikes to the router

issue is very likely wireless , try 2.4Ghz if your on 5Ghz otherwise try and increase signal strength initially

Here is a comparison ping out of sydney, this is wireless to the router

Yeah since I've started looking into it I get Wi Fi analyser and it says my signal strength is 77dbm. Which is garbage. 

it only really effects swtor badly thoguh. All my other games run more or less smoothly. I'm going to replace the router AND the usb wifi adapter for good measure and see how I go. Router is pretty old now and I've probably worked it into the ground.
