Getting Extra Rewards Redoing Qualifier After Crashing During Cutscene

During the cutscene after completing the races in The Qualifier and getting rewarded with $40,000 and Land Rover Defender, I experienced a system crash (still figuring out the culprit). Opening the game, I have the rewards, but I have to do The Qualifier again, meaning I'm getting an extra $40,000 and Defender after completing it again. It actually happened twice so I got rewarded $120,000 and three Defenders in total. It also affected the multiplayer as I got the extra Defenders as well.

Is just after you won the game crashers and dont save that you done it? @SGT_EpicSpeed

@EA_Atic It's the PC crashing and rebooting. I get the rewards but have to redo the Qualifier and be able to get the rewards again.
