Getting DXGI ERROR DEVICE HUNG errors

I was in the middle of a match when I started getting a DEVICE_HUNG error, I tried multiple times to reconnect but I kept crashing
The second time it let me play for a minute or so before giving me the same error and trying to reconnect after crashed my game in a few seconds, the only way I can manage to fix this is by restarting my pc (it doesn't usually happen often but when it does it persists untill I usually restart)
I'd put an apex_crash file here but for some reason my game won't make them (I tried making a file search in my entire pc but nothing turns up)

When you have the chance could you share a DxDiag here so we can take a look? For more info on how to pull up the file check out the EA Help website.
