@Fr3dY2It worked well for a while until I got a new error:
"DXGI device removed error".

Too bad... hope they find a solution ASAP, this issue is ruining the experience for many people

So recently, since season 6, ive had this issue with Apex where it will just crash out of nowhere, when before it would run perfectly well. This is the only game i am having this issue with, I have since tried turning all my settings to very low to try to run it without crashing but that did not work. Attached is the error message and my DXDiag text taken after the crash.

THIS SAME SITUATION and this error ( 0x887a0007 ) Has been PLAUGING me for MONTHS now (since PRE-Covid...), it crashes in some variation of this, AT MINIMUM ONCE PER GAME (record being 8 times in one game i crashed and restarted). usually saying DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET if not it forces me to power cycle off my entire PC and sometimes makes it reboot in safe mode. Ive added TdrLevel to my Regedit, ive updated everything in my OS and Devices, ive uninstalled and reinstalled, ive switched from Origin to Steam, ive USB updated my BiOS, i have overclocked my CPU and GPU separately AND together. PLEASE HELP !!!!!

Could you try this before launching game?
Open NVIDIA Control Panel, go to Help -> check Debug Mode

Bumping and contributing my own struggles against this bug. I'm getting the same errors as @meaty_Javelin, @wewew12121
It's been affecting me since I started playing the game @ Season 7 start about 3 months ago. Would get DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG crashes as well as CreateTexture2d Failed.
Attached my dxdiag.txt for relevant specs and info.
Solutions that I have tried so far that did not work:
1. Remove GPU with DDU and reinstall from NVIDIA's official website.
2. Underlock GPU and CPU
3. Launch game from Steam or Origin
4. Cap FPS to below screen refresh rate and turned off VSync
5. Reduce graphics quality
6. Reinstalled the game
7. Adding TdrLevel and TdrDelay to registry
8. Adding apex executable to antivirus exclusion list
9. Launching as administrator
10. Updating BIOS
11. Going into NVIDIA Control Panel and trying Debug Mode
12. Rolling back drivers to older versions
As you can see, I've exhausted all potential solutions and none of them worked.
As a personal anecdote, the crashes seem to occur more often during peak periods which makes me believe the issue might lie on the dev side.
Hope this helps anyone and really wishing the dev team can fix this problem asap because I really love this game, but this problem is an instant *-killer.

Try something different with 4):
Set VSYNC to ADAPTIVE and limit your fps to less than your monitor refresh rate

@Fr3dY2 just reporting back to say setting VSYNC to Adaptive does not work either
