Gaming Laptop Issue

Hey there guys, recently bought a ASUS TUF with a AMD RYZEN 7 3760H 2.3 GHz + GTX 1660Ti + 8 GB RAM with a 60hz refresh rate screen and for my surprise cant run Apex Legend to its full potential (everything on high) or even medium some specs without having lose of fps, average is 60 but have this sudden drops to 50, 48.. Anything that I'm missing or? for the money that I gave was expecting a bit better.. im thinking it's because of the 8GB RAM but.. pls help
