Games taking me to black screen

Everytime I try to load Fifa 17, battlefield 1, battlefield 4 on my Xbox one x the game takes me to a black screen and doesn’t load. These are 3 games I want to play and have downloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled again to try to get them to work. I’ve also tried shutting off my Xbox unplugging it and plugging it back in. I’m paying £20 a year and the games I want to play won’t load.

Please help me. I just want to play.

Can I ask if you have problem with any games from other developers? Or the issues occurs only with EA games? 

I see that you've already tried to reinstall the games and power cycle your console, but have you reset it? I really recommend resetting your console to factory defaults but with keeping your games and apps.

I'm also moving your post to Battlefield 1 forum, since it seems that you're not having this problem with Battlefront
