I have looked at other posts and no solutions have worked. I have a 32 bit processor and have been playing swtor for a few months. A few days ago, clicking the shortcut stopped loading the game, even though it shows up as a process in task manager. I have reinstalled the game, ran it as an administrator, and did a lot of troubleshooting to no avail. If anyone could provide me with a solution as I couldn't find any that worked for me online. Thanks in advance.

I concur surprised it ran previously, there is a newer video driver at this link , there is also another newer driver at this link (unsure if this one is for your card though).
Edit - Your laptop will perform better too if you place the windows power option to "High Performance" you are currently set to "Balanced" this may not help swtor but it will help other programs.

The first thing to check I guess is that with symantic I believe the firewall exceptions default to auto , ensure launcher.exe is set specifically to "Allow" , I have seen "Auto" auto block

It is allowed by the firewall. I made sure my computer and antivirus were updated as well, it didn't change anything unfortunately

Can you post a dxdiag per this link
also if using an AMD video card , it appears recent windows updates have caused an issue, however it normally returns a C7 error code on launch

That's a fairly old laptop indeed! Unfortunately while it may have run the game before, the specs are actually below the minimum requirements.
Specifically the dedicated on-board VRAM on your integrated graphics chipset is below 256MB. The drivers for it are also from October 2010, over a year before the game launched.
You might have some success if you update the drivers, but there's a high chance you'll continue experiencing issues getting the game to start.
