Game won't upload

Ever since the new update has came out, the game won't pass the verifying stage. It stays at 0% and I even waited 30 minutes. Please help.

Check the antivirus is not blocking so have an exception for launcher.exe in the firewall and antivirus exception lists , you can also check the following is enabled in this link
