Some Apex Legends users were having trouble launching their game due to lighting software. Do you have any lighting software for your rig or keyboard/mouse at all?
Did you attempt a clean boot before launching the game to confirm whether that fixed it or not? This will help us narrow down the root cause and confirm that step doesn't work.
What type of anti-virus do you have and have you tried temporarily disabling them to see if that helps? (Just to test to locate a potential root cause)
Are you launching the game with any overlays like Discord or MSI Afterburner?

I see that you said you ran it as administrator. Did you try it the way this forum user posted? Let me know if that helps.

i was turn off lighting on keyboard and mouse, i uninstall the MSI afterburner and riva tuner, I was quit Discord and Cleaned boot.
but didn't worked
I hope next update Will fix this or find some solution.
