Game won't start... at all... (PC)

Hello, i have the same problems as scroungee

I've tried almost everything already.

and below is my DxDiag...

Some Apex Legends users were having trouble launching their game due to lighting software. Do you have any lighting software for your rig or keyboard/mouse at all?

Did you attempt a clean boot before launching the game to confirm whether that fixed it or not? This will help us narrow down the root cause and confirm that step doesn't work.

What type of anti-virus do you have and have you tried temporarily disabling them to see if that helps? (Just to test to locate a potential root cause)

Are you launching the game with any overlays like Discord or MSI Afterburner?

• I re-installed both Origin and PVZ numerous times ( main ssd or slave ssd )
• Checked my drivers
• Clean booted
• Also ran as an Administrator
• Did a cache clean on Origin
• no lighting software,
• Bitdefender Total Security 2020

I see that you said you ran it as administrator. Did you try it the way this forum user posted? Let me know if that helps.

i was turn off lighting on keyboard and mouse, i uninstall the MSI afterburner and riva tuner, I was quit Discord and Cleaned boot.
but didn't worked

I hope next update Will fix this or find some solution.

@EA_Blueberry I think that the problem either has multiple solutions or a solution which requires multiple steps either there are multiple problems that are appearing as one. That's why some people solve there problem by running as administrator or updating there drivers while others try but don't accomplish a thing.
