After buying 2 times a Subaru BRZ accidentally (Said transaction failed), i find the cars in my garage, with no parts at all, like the car was naked.
My game crashes, and when starting it over, it never loaded back.
Need a fix, ASAP.
Or a solution!
Repairing the game won't do anything by the way.

As the recent update/patch does not seem to have resolved this, the next step is to wipe your save and start over.
We do appreciate this is not an ideal situation.

I have the same issue. But I bought a different car. By the way this was the first car(s) I bought. Loved playing the game so far, but such a bug is really annoying. Please fix it asap.

HAPPENING TO ME RIGHT NOW.. WHATS GOING ON
December 2019 - last edited December 2019
Yesterday the game was full of issues like not being able to save customizations done to my car and similar things. That seemed to eventually get better.
But today, I'm not even able to play the game. Game loads up fine to where I can select between going online or going solo mode. I select solo mode, and it first shows the loading screen with the Polestar. The loading bar probably gets like half way untill the screen changes to this black one with the NFS logo in the bottom right corner.
The NFS logo barely spins one round before it freezes, and that's where I'm stuck now. I've tried twice, and it happened both times.
Any ideas?

It seems to work fine if I turn Origin to offline mode.

Game stuck on loading screen after buying the bmw m3

Yhea same for me, maybe someone from customer support can unselect the car on the account so its not the one that shows up when we try to load in, i'm pretty sure that would solve it.
