I still keep getting this isuue where when I quit the game, I get a black frozen screen with nothing working at all. Only way to get out of this is to hold down the power button or let the laptop die out. I can't find the source of this error either.
I have factory reset the laptop, upgrade the hard drive, latest drivers and latest windows 10 update and I still get this issue, it won't go away.

I have done all that, from what I have noticed, when I optimized the game using Nvidia GeForce Experience that I was having these issues. Soon as I change the graphics settings myself, I have so far not noticed any problems.

Hey @bigbossdaddyz
Sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried any of these steps?
1. Turn off the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
4. Repair the Battlefield 1 game files in Origin
Try these steps, and let us know if it helps.
Thanks
