Game won’t launch since last update

Hello fellows! My star wars galaxy of heroes game don’t let me open the app since last update! I’ve followed the steps suggested by the technical suport (reseting my iphone, deleted the game and then install it again, cleaned my opened apps) and nothing worked! Can you please help? Is there a general crash issue with the game or is ti only me?

I’m having same issue on iOS. For almost 5 DAYS!! I’ve reset network settings, tried loading with WiFi on/off. It’s getting very annoying.
