Game will not start - black windowed box, no music, ALT+ENTER does not work

Ok, so I got the game working ONCE yesterday, and that was after restarting the game like 5 times and deactivating my antivirus. When I do the same now (deactivate Kaspersky, my antivirus) it will only launch a black windowed box. I've been looking for a solution for so long but I just cant get it to work. ALT+ENTER does nothing, updated windows, gpu drivers, turning antivirus off.

I uninstalled my antivirus, same problem.

When I close the window the game is still running in the background, using 40% cpu. I'm not sure if this is a hardware issue but I dont think it is.

Pc specs;
I7-4790K
32GB 2400MHz XMP DDR3
GTX 980 Ti MSI GAMING X
MSI GAMING mATX mobo
Game is installed on a Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD.

Reinstalled the game multiple times - on my SSD and HDD, same result.

I installed the game on Steam and I have the monthly EA Subscription.

Reinstalling windows 10 fixed the issue. Not sure what it was.

@EA_Barry I'll try to reinstall windows later, but I also would like to mention how weird this problem is.

I couldnt start the game for the entire day yesterday, but when it was 23:30 PM (GMT+1) after playing some CS:GO I could start the game no problem...

and the issue is now back, completely randomly.

turns out the problem is Logitech G-HUB. Exit the application and you can launch the game. Pls fix.

Hey,

i started playing NFS:HEAT today. And  i had at the start the same problem. The fix is if you are playing with a gamepad on PC, then just unplug the gamepad, start the game and wait until its started. 

Then plug it back in, and youre fine.

Wait what. Logitech close works too ? xD Plugging out gamepad too lol
