I am unable to login to get my ally code for any big report because the game will not open. I have experienced "black outs" in the game before where it won't load, but then a couple hours later it will be fine, but I have been unable to get the game to open literally all day long today. I have tried probably 5 separate times, an hour or more apart starting in the early afternoon. The game gets stuck on the "loading cantina" screen. I have made sure the app is up to date, I have force stopped the app, I have restarted my phone, I have even turned my phone off and left it off for 15 minutes. The only thing I have not done is uninstall and reinstall the app because that makes me nervous and I don't want to have to go through the tutorial that seems to be unavoidable. I have literally lost an entire day of game play because of this. I have also made a bug report but I'm not even sure this is a bug.
