Game will not install past 15%, constantly loops/resets. (PC)

Games does not install. It has been installing on origin for well over a day, and it will not get past 15%, then resets back down to around 10%. Literally none of the few potential fixes I found online have worked.

Have you tried to flush your DNS cache files? Clear Origin cache files? Disabled you antivirus software temporary? We also have this article on the most common connection issues, you may find useful.

I was always getting error at 15% of download. I try to download it with safe mode and same thing error pops out at 15% 

Anyone knows a way to fix it ?
