Summarize your bug Game will not allow me online access despite my EA account being sync'd up to my Microsoft account. It keeps telling me that I need an EA account to access online but I have and they have already been matched up. On EA.com it will not allow me to go to my "about me" page saying simply that the page wont load. It is bugged out hardcore and meanwhile I am unable to access ANY online play with friends.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea how you can find the bug...
What happens when the bug occurs? Initially a message pops up upon loading the game telling me my account has been banned.. if I select okay it moves to another message saying I need an account to play online. Then it puts me into the start menu where I can only play arcade mode offline etc.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play online with friends.
